Irish Sleep Society Annual Scientific Meeting and AGM, January 22nd 2022.
We’re delighted to announce that the Irish Sleep Society annual scientific meeting and AGM will take place on Saturday, January 22nd 2022.
Public health guidance allowing, this will be an in-person meeting, to be held at the Carlton Dublin Airport Hotel.
This year’s meeting will focus on how the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted upon sleep medicine, what dealing with Covid has taught us about new methods of delivering care, and on the relationship of Circadian rhythm and health, with a focus on the EU’s plan to do away with daylight savings time.
The speaker line-up will include Prof Tom de Boer of the University of Leiden, and Prof Ludger Grote of the University of Gothenburg, alongside leading Irish experts in sleep medicine.
Full programme and registration details will follow over the next couple of weeks.
Looking forward to seeing you in person in January!
Best wishes
Dr Brian Kent
Secretary, Irish Sleep Society
