Neurology Update Meeting, Friday, 6th October 2023
The 22nd Annual Neurology Update Meeting, under the directorship of Dr. Aoife Laffan, will take place on Friday 6 October 2023 at the Radisson Blu St. Helen’s Hotel, Dublin.
This is a neurology education day which will be of interest to neurologists, general physicians and general practitioners. The meeting will be highly relevant for specialists and generalists who manage neurological illness, presenting the latest developments in diagnosis and treatment in a practical “What you need to know” format with short talks with clinical insights for management of neurological patients.
Dr. Aoife Laffan is a Consultant Neurologist at St. James’ Hospital, Dublin. Her special interest is in Functional Neurological Disorder.

The Neurology Update Meeting will be a live, in-person event for attendees. There will not be an option to join the live meeting online.
Registered delegates will be given access to recorded sessions of the meeting approximately two weeks following the event, for a period of six weeks. This will provide delegates with the opportunity to to review lectures of specific interest.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

New EAN Coordinating Panel on Functional Neurological Disorders – Call for Applications
The EAN Board and Scientific Committee have announced the creation of a new Coordinating Panel on Functional Neurological Disorders (FND), and encourage all EAN Individual Members (FEAN, full, corresponding, resident and student individual members) with an interest in this field to apply for this new Panel!
