Council of Delegates Meeting 2026
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the World Federation of Neurology and Council of Delegates will place in Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
WFN Elections
In 2026, the following positions are up for election:
- Secretary General (2027–2030): A four-year term.
- Elected Trustee (2026–2029): A three-year term.
WFN Member Societies are invited to nominate candidates by Friday 17th April 2026. Following the deadline, the Nominations Committee will put forward candidates for this year’s elections.
Additional nominations may be accepted to Friday, 28 August 2026 [30 days prior to the start of electronic voting] but will further require the supporting signatures of delegates from at least five (5) WFN Member Societies and a formal explanation for the delay.
Voting will be conducted electronically, and the results will be announced by the WFN President at the Council of Delegates meeting on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
