Registrar’s Prize Meeting – Abstract submission deadline 18 October
The 2024 IICN Registrar’s Prize in Clinical Neuroscience meeting, directed by Prof. Simon Cronin, will take place on Friday 22 November in the Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan, Dublin.
This is an opportunity for registrars to present original research and interesting case reports to colleagues and to benefit from the collective experience of consultant neuroscientists. It is a celebration of the exceptional and often unseen work conducted within Irish hospital departments each day.

Prof Cronin is a consultant neurologist at Cork University Hospital and director of clinical neurology teaching at School of Medicine, University College Cork. He has specialist interests in multiple sclerosis, neurogenetics, vascular neurology and clinician education.

Abstracts are invited for submission for the Prize from Registrars in all areas of Clinical Neuroscience.
There will be two sessions: Interesting Case Reports or Case Series and Original Research.
Candidates may submit a maximum of one abstract per category. For the Original Research category, the research must have been carried out during the candidate’s clinical or research training period at an Irish Neuroscience Centre. The deadline for abstract submission is Friday, October 18th.Submission should be formatted as a two-page document, composed of a Title page and an Abstract page.
