Locum Consultant Neurologist position
Applications are invited for a 12 month locum consultant neurologist post at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.
Beaumont is a large academic teaching hospital 5km north of Dublin City centre, providing emeergency and acute care services.
This position is an appointment to the Dublin and North East Region under the new Public Only Consultants’ Contract 2023 by Beaumont Hospital (37 hours per week).
The purpose of this post is to support and develop the movement disorder service in the department. The post will support out-patient neurology waiting lists, a weekly botulinum toxin clinic and an inpatient service with an on-call commitment. The candidate should have experience in botulinum toxin injection delivery for movement disorders and management of movement disorders including Parkinson’s disease.
Applicants must be registered in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of neurology.
