Generative AI Essentials for Healthcare Course
Prof. Guido Giunti, Adjunct Associate Professor, School of Medicine Trinity College Dublin will launch a new Generative AI course. It is accredited for CPD.
The course provides a basic understanding on the use of Generative AI specifically tailored for healthcare professionals with practical applications. This CPD program offers a blended learning approach, combining in-person instruction with self-guided practice to provide practical strategies for improving patient communication, optimizing administrative tasks, and enhancing research efficiency.
It is intended for professionals including doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, and allied health and social care professionals and service managers working in any care settings (e.g., hospital, community, nursing homes).
This program takes a flexible, blended approach, combining in-person instruction with self-paced online learning. Participants will have access to online resources, allowing them to explore the material at their own rhythm. An in-person workshop will offer hands-on experience with AI tools, focusing on real-world applications specifically for people working in healthcare.
