4th Global Conference on Myositis (GCOM 2022)
The 4th Global Conference on Myositis (GCOM 2022) will be held in Prague, Czech Republic on 6 – 9 June 2022 at the O2 Universum multifunctional centre. The conference will be organized as a hybrid meeting, i.e. with in-person attendance as well as with virtual participation using simultaneous online streaming. This is to enable to take part in the conference also to those, who will not be able to come personally due to possible restrictions imposed by COVID-19 pandemic.
Main topics include the following areas: 1. Genes and environment; 2. Pathogenesis, including mitochondrial biology; 3. Antibodies & biomarkers; 4. Covid-19 and myositis; 5. Skin in myositis; 6. Imaging in myositis; 7. Drug induced myositis; 8. Juvenile myositis / Juvenile to adult transition; 9. Towards personalized medicine (treatment of myositis); 10. Inclusion body myositis; 11. Repairing damage; 12. Other.

Abstract deadline: will be extended to 22 February 2022.
In each of the topics, 2 – 4 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.
A prize will be awarded to 10 best abstracts from young authors (age ≤ 35 years).
For Juvenile dermatomyositis workshop, 6 abstracts will be chosen for full oral presentation and sponsored by Cure JM Foundation. A preference will be given to young investigators.
