Paediatric Epilepsy Training Course 2, Cork, September 2010

The British Paediatric Neurology Association will run a PET 2 Training Course in Cork on September 16th and 17th, 2010

This course has been developed to improve practice within childhood epilepsies. It is suitable for those involved in delivering secondary level care to children with epilepsy, particularly those with a lead role in childhood epilepsy.

  • Consultant paediatricians and community paediatricians, especially those with particular expertise or responsibility for children with epilepsy
  • General practitioners who have, or are developing, an expertise in paediatric epilepsy
  • Consultant neurophysiologists
  • Epilepsy nurse specialists
  • General trainees in paediatrics, paediatric neurology and neurodisability, but only after undertaking a PET1 course

PET2 courses are limited to 24 participants only. PET2 is delivered by means of didactic teaching sessions and small workshops.

Please note, it is recommended that all those undertaking a PET2 course consider attending a PET1 course first.
